Ordering Options
We strive to make our
ordering process as simple as possible. We accept credit
cards online via PayPal as well as Phone Orders. Orders will be filled upon confirmation of the payment process.
The following are the ways that you can make your
order:
1) Ordering Online -
Our website has been setup to make your shopping very
easy. The site is run through a shopping cart that
integrates with PayPal credit card services. All of your
payments are run through a secured server and PayPal guarantees
the payment process up to $100,000. The process is safe
and very user-friendly.
To make your purchases - simply
choose the items that you would like on our site including the
Quantity, Size, and Pattern/Color of each item, and then click
on the "Add to Cart" button. A pop-up window
will then appear that will tabulate your shopping cart for
you. Once you have completed choosing all of your items,
simply go through the PayPal checkout process.

for shipments to locations in the United States only.
International customers should
contact us directly so
we can work our specific shipping and handling charges for your
location.
2) Phone Orders -
Some people prefer to not order things directly through the
internet. To this end, we also accept phone orders.
We will be perfectly happy to discuss your order in person.
Please call us for details and to place your order at
928-635-1579 on Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
All phone orders will ship UPS and are paid via check
COD. If not completely satisfied with your order the
unused
merchandise may be sent back within five business days for a
full refund excluding shipping and handling charges.
Shipping and Handling
All items will be
shipped within 3 to 5 days.
~ All online orders will be
shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
~ All phone orders will be shipped via UPS.

Return Policy
Bodacious Curves wants you to be completely happy with our
products. Therefore, we will accept returns of unused
merchandise within five business days for a full refund. All items must be
unused and returned in the original box with all original
tags. Upon receipt, we will refund to you the purchase
price of the item. Shipping and handling will not be
refunded.
Sales Tax
Residents of Arizona will be charged 5.6% sales tax through our
shopping cart. Residents of other states will not be
charged sales tax. All purchases made through our mail
order form will also be charged 5.6% sales tax.
